Clark County Warrant Records Clark County Warrant Records

Clark County warrant information is divided among the six Clark Circuit Courts, the Clark County Clerk, the sheriff, local police agencies, and Clarksville Town Court. Indiana MyCase supplies public docket access, but it is not a complete or live warrant roster. We built this private civic reference to make those lines of responsibility clearer and to point readers toward the official office that holds a court record, service record, bond instruction, or town-court case.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana gives the public access to many court and agency records, but Clark County does not publish one public criminal-warrant database. A court issues and changes judicial process. The Clark County Clerk maintains court records. The sheriff and authorized police agencies serve process and hold their own agency records. Clarksville Town Court remains a separate local court, while former courts in Jeffersonville, Sellersburg, and Charlestown have been abolished. This site organizes those official routes so readers can avoid treating a MyCase docket, police report, tax-warrant page, or old municipal court as the wrong kind of answer.

What You Will Find Here

  • Official checks: how to run a warrant check through MyCase and confirm it with the issuing court
  • Current status: how to review an active warrant search without mistaking an old docket event for proof
  • Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which Clark County court controls them
  • Charge-based process: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Clark County
  • Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to an Indiana court, the Clark County Sheriff, the Clark County Clerk, or any public agency. Those limits mean:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or record detail remains current

Only the issuing court or responsible agency can confirm whether process is current, served, recalled, quashed, or otherwise changed.

Search Partners

Some pages contain search boxes operated by outside providers. Those providers control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through a tool may generate a referral fee that supports this site. Third-party results are not an official Clark County warrant confirmation, and we neither set their charges nor control their data.
